Position: Accountability Coach (ACA Zentor)

Location: Remote (Dhaka-based, working with US clients)

Type: Part-time | 5 days/week | 2 Dynamic hours/day

• B Tier: $160 USD / each student (≈18,000 BDT)
• A Tier: $240 USD / each student (≈28,000 BDT)

Zentor Online is a US based platform providing Accountability Coaching to clients in the US and beyond. Our mission is to help students, professionals, and individuals stay productive, reduce distractions, and achieve their daily and long-term goals.

We are now hiring motivated and punctual Accountability Coaches (Zentors) who can guide clients in time management, task organization, and productivity coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with assigned US clients (1–2 hours/day).
• Help clients organize daily tasks, set priorities, and track progress.
• Ensure clients stay consistent in completing their goals.
• Motivate and guide clients to reduce screen time and increase productivity.
• Communicate regularly via chat, calls, or video meetings (depending on client preference).
• Provide progress updates and maintain accountability with professionalism.

Requirements

• Strong or Good English communication skills (speaking & writing).
  • Tier A: Strong fluency in English.
  • Tier B: Good, working English proficiency.
  • Tier S: Exceptional English + advanced mentoring skills.
• Excellent punctuality and strong time management skills.
• Strong usability skills in Notion. (you can learn later as well)
• Must be available between 5–6 AM Bangladesh time to align with US client schedules.
• Responsible, empathetic, and motivated to help others succeed.
• Prior tutoring, coaching, or mentoring experience is a plus (but not mandatory). </aside>
